I want you to know that I was shocked! My full name is Vienna Lo Vance and I was born March 21, 1973 at 1:10 pm. I have never ever met anyone with my same name before let alone my same last name, and nearly same birth date no less. My father Larry loved the city and the name so much he named me after it.
